Conflict within the franchising industry is not uncommon.Mediation has shown itself to be a very successful way to resolve franchising disputes.So much so it is now obligatory for each party involved in a dispute to seek mediation.
Wilson McOrist of All About Franchising is an accredited mediator with the Franchise Office of Mediation. He can help you to negotiate a settlement that is acceptable to both parties. The normal process is to:

b)Have each of you state your problem as you see it.
c)Have you discuss together what caused the problem, what a reasonable outcome is and what the best way forward is.
